Phil is very active in the Williamsburg community. He is a member of Our Lady of Mt. Carmel parish, serving on the of the annual feast’s executive board, and works closely with the Conselyea Street Senior Center. He also enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters and visiting with his many friends in the neighborhood.
